Teledyne to Acquire D.G. O'Brien, Inc.

LOS ANGELES - March 9, 2007 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY) announced today that its subsidiary, Teledyne Instruments, Inc., has entered into an agreement to acquire assets of D.G. O'Brien, Inc. (DGO). DGO, headquartered in Seabrook, N.H., is a leading manufacturer of highly reliable electrical and fiber optic interconnect systems, primarily for subsea military and offshore oil and gas applications. Teledyne Awarded Army Contract for Third Generation Infrared Imaging Sensors

LOS ANGELES - November 9, 2006 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY) announced today that Teledyne Imaging Sensors has been awarded a $3.8 million contract by Alion Science and Technology on behalf of the U.S. Army's Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate to deliver prototypes of third generation dual-band infrared imaging sensors. The imagers are being developed to support the Army's goal of providing warfighters with the ability to identify threats on the battlefield before the enemy can detect their presence. Read more.

Teledyne Technologies Reports Fourth Quarter Results

LOS ANGELES - January 26, 2006 - Teledyne Technologies today reported fourth quarter 2005 sales of $310.4 million, compared with sales of $288.1 million for the same period of 2004. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2005 was $16.6 million ($0.48 per diluted share), compared with net income of $13.4 million ($0.39 per diluted share) in the fourth quarter of 2004. Read more.

Teledyne Technologies Wins $18.7 Million Air Force Contract

LOS ANGELES - September 21, 2005 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that Teledyne Electronic Safety Products has been awarded a contract by Goodrich Corporation's (NYSE:GR) Aircraft Interior Products division, in Phoenix, AZ.. The contract is to supply ejection seat Digital Recovery Sequencers (DRS) over the next five years based on yearly quantity releases from the U.S. Air Force in support of F-22, F-15, F-16, F-117, A-10, B-1B, and B-2 aircraft. Japan Airlines Selects Teledyne Controls' integrated Data Management Unit (iDMU) for Boeing 767-200/300 Aircraft Fleet

LOS ANGELES, CA - February 28, 2005 - Teledyne Controls, a business unit of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE: TDY), announced today that Japan Airlines (JAL) has selected Teledyne Controls' integrated Data Management Unit (iDMU) for retrofit installation on its B767-200/300 fleet of 16 Aircraft.
