Teledyne Wins $2.6 Million Boeing Contract

LOS ANGELES - December 11, 2003 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today that Teledyne Electronic Safety Products has been awarded a $2.6 million contract by The Boeing Company of St. Louis, MO. The contract is for development and production of Teledyne's Electronic Interseat Sequencing System (EISS) for the F-15K Fighter for South Korea. LOS ANGELES - May 19, 2003 - Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) announced today it has acquired Tekmar Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co. (NYSE:EMR). Tekmar Company, also known as Tekmar-Dohrmann, is a premier manufacturer of gas chromatography introduction systems and automated total organic carbon analyzers.
